The registration fee is included in your annual BCUS dues which include all of the social functions
ONLINE RESERVATIONS
The following is your online booking link: https://book.passkey.com/go/BCUS2023 It is a unique link for your guestrooms only and your guests may confirm (and modify, if needed) their stay. Please advise your guests that a deposit for one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of booking.
CALL IN RESERVATIONS
Alternatively, if guests prefer to call and make their reservation, they may do so by calling our Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414. Guests should identify themselves as being with your group and quote block code BRIT1022-001 for ease of booking. Please advise your guests that a deposit for one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of booking.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS
Each third and fourth person sharing a room will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD ($70.00 CAD for Fairmont Gold) per person/per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents/guardians. Maximum occupancy is 4 per room.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
